Returns and Acquisitions

Each artwork offered by Chaoscopia is treated with particular care, both in its conception and in its preparation for shipment.

However, if your acquisition does not meet your expectations, you have a period of 14 days following receipt to request a return.

To be eligible, the artwork must be returned:

• in strictly pristine condition
• in its complete original packaging
• accompanied by any certificates or documents provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector. We strongly recommend using insured shipping with tracking, given the value of the artworks.

In the exceptional case where an artwork is received damaged or in the event of an error on our part, Chaoscopia will fully cover the return and will offer a replacement or a refund.

Any return request must be preceded by contacting us at the following address: info@chaoscopia.com, ideally within 48 hours of receipt if an issue is identified.

Due to their nature, certain artworks — particularly unique pieces or made-to-order works — may be considered final sale.
